What is Packaging?
They are products produced from all kinds of materials that introduce the product with the information on it and inform it about its content during the transportation, protection, storage, sale and delivery of the products to the consumer.
As it can be understood from the above definition, almost every product needs packaging, and if the packaging is not chosen correctly, the results can reach health problems beyond the material damage that the product inside will be damaged, spoiled and caused.
What Should Be Considered While Choosing Packaging?
1) First of all, the packaging material should be determined according to the characteristics of the product to be put inside (air, humidity, light transmittance, etc.), and especially if the product is food, the material suitable for food should be selected.
2) The second point is the shelf life of the product. The packaging material should be determined according to how long the product will stay in the package, even if it is an estimated time.
3) Finally, how to do stuffing and packing. If manual filling & packaging is to be done, a different packaging type should be selected, and if machine filling & packaging is to be made, a different packaging type should be selected.
